Family & Community

Dr. Brandon and his wife, Dresden, share deep roots in Utah County. Brandon grew up in Lindon, while Dresden was raised in Pleasant Grove. Both graduated from Pleasant Grove High School before attending Brigham Young University, where they met.

Many local families may already know Dresden through the dance community. She is an accomplished dancer and spent four years performing as a BYU Cougarette.

Today, Brandon and Dresden are the proud parents of two daughters. As a family, they love spending time outdoors, creating traditions, and making memories with the people they love most. They also enjoy traveling and are always watching their Google Flights alerts for an affordable weekend getaway to explore somewhere new.

After spending several years away for dental school and orthodontic training, returning to Utah County truly feels like coming home. Brandon and Dresden are grateful for the opportunity to raise their daughters near extended family and once again become part of the community that helped shape them.

Graf Orthodontics has always been deeply committed to the communities it serves. You will often find the Graf Orthodontics team participating in events throughout Utah County, supporting local schools, raising funds for meaningful causes, and finding new ways to give back to the families who have supported the practice for so many years.

Raised in the Practice

Dr. Brandon Graf has been a part of Graf Orthodontics since he was young, growing up around the exceptional care, welcoming culture, and high clinical standards that have earned the trust of Utah families for many years. His early experiences—observing his dad's unique clinical techniques, attending cleft and craniofacial team meetings, and participating in culture-building activities with the Graf Orthodontics team—helped inspire his decision to pursue a career in orthodontics.

When choosing a dental school and orthodontic residency, Dr. Brandon intentionally sought rigorous training that would prepare him to provide Utah families with the same thoughtful, detail-oriented care his father has delivered throughout his career. He was fortunate to train in one of the country’s most clinically comprehensive orthodontic programs - Virginia Commonwealth University. He gained extensive experience in complex treatment, including orthognathic surgery, cleft and craniofacial care, and many other challenging conditions affecting the development of the teeth, jaws, and face. This foundation, along with training from his dad, is all to ensure that the quality of orthodontic results from Graf Orthodontics remains exceptional for decades to come.

Dr. Brandon is grateful for the opportunity to work alongside his father, Dr. Brian Graf, and looks forward to carrying Graf Orthodontics’ family-centered culture and commitment to clinical excellence into the future.

Philosophy of Care

Dr. Brandon believes exceptional orthodontic care requires both technical precision and meaningful relationships. He wants every patient to feel known, listened to, and comfortable throughout treatment—not simply confident in their final smile. He especially enjoys the small details of orthodontic mechanics, carefully refining each case to create results that are healthy, balanced, and built to last.

His approach has also been deeply influenced by his father. Dr. Brandon grew up watching his dad care for generations of families and produce consistently beautiful results through careful planning, clinical experience, and genuine concern for each patient. Now, working alongside him, Brandon has the unique opportunity to build upon decades of knowledge while bringing his own training, perspective, and meticulous attention to detail to every case.
